Global Knowledge were the first company in the MEA to be appointed as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, Global Knowledge were awarded Cisco Global Learning Partner of the year 2009, also were awarded Microsoft Worldwide Partner of the Year for Technology Innovation in Learning Solutions for 2005 and Global Knowledge were awarded Cisco Learning Solution Partner of the year for 2005. On the professional services side, Global Knowledge were awarded Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence for 5 quarters in a row for 2006/2007.
